Exciting Discounts for Young Drivers!
Offering a little savings at a time in your customers' lives when they need it most.
As part of our customer research, it was identified that a critical period of defection is when a youthful operator is added to a policy. Related to that, as children mature out of a household, Westfield does not often retain their coverage.
In 2009, Westfield started research to develop new product features that address defection and maximize the potential lifetime value of customers. The addition of our next generation discount and the enhancements made to our current discounts (family and defensive driver) are examples of how we are taking steps to create a lifetime value for our customers.
