All personal auto policyholders with Hanover can now add 24/7 Roadside Assistance to their auto policy. 

With this upgraded coverage, customers can benefit from emergency roadside services such as tire changes, fluid delivery, battery jump, lockout service, and towing service when their car becomes disabled. 

As an added bonus, when customers purchase Roadside Assitance, they will receive, at no extra charge, Ultimate Towing and Labor.  This includes $75 coverage for broken or lost keys.  Ultimate Towing and Labor is normally just a part of the Ultimate Service endorsement which aslo includes Ultimate Rental. 

Please note, Collision Coverage is required on the auto to purchase Roadside Assistance and it is available only for private passenger type vehicles.  It will be available for all "Connections" policy after the October 12, 2009 renewal and all "Legacy" policy after the 3/15/2010 renewal.  That means most customers can add it now.  Soon, everyone will be able to buy.
