Progressive has just announced a January 28, 2010 rate reduction on their Commercial Auto products.  Existing customers -- you'll notice the rate decrease after your March 6, 2010 renewal.

The average rate decrease is around 3% with even bigger discount for Truck (at 6% less) and Tow Truck (at 16% less).
